At Big Block Customs, every collectible is built with care and precision. But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Our return policy ensures your experience is as solid as the craftsmanship we stand behind.
Yes. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. The toy car must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We also require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Custom or personalized builds are made just for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We put a lot of care into these one of a kind pieces, so we hope you love them as much as we loved making them.
Gift cards, digital downloads, clearance or final sale items, and products that have been damaged through misuse or improper handling cannot be returned.
Please contact us at info@bigblockcustoms.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo if applicable. Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to ship your toy car back to us. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
If the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong model or a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo or short video to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
