All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in the United States. Each toy car is meticulously examined and securely packaged at our facility before leaving our hands, so you can be confident it will arrive in perfect shape. We currently ship throughout the continental United States, and each order is filled with the same care and attention to detail that goes into our cars. From our workshop to your driveway, we ensure that your collectible is treated with care every step of the way, arriving safely and ready to bring joy into your house.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We love being able to focus on serving our home market, where demand for BigBlock Customs cars has been growing rapidly. Every car we send out is part of that excitement, and we’re proud to keep up with the enthusiasm of collectors here in the U.S. While we aren’t offering international shipping just yet, we hope to expand in the future so fans everywhere can enjoy our handcrafted cars.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the delivery method you choose. From time to time, we also offer free shipping promotions as a thank-you to our community. The best way to catch these deals is to check our homepage regularly or join our newsletter, where we share updates, special offers, and behind-the-scenes looks at what we’re building.

Yes, every order comes with a tracking number. As soon as your toy car leaves our hands, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow its journey all the way to your doorstep. We know how exciting it is to wait for your car to arrive, and we want you to enjoy every step of the process, from the moment it ships to the moment you open the box.

Once we receive your return and carefully inspect the item, we will process a refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our mistake, in that case, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For damaged items, we kindly ask that you send us photos of both the packaging and the product to help us understand what happened. Once we have the details, we will quickly arrange either a replacement or a refund, whichever works best for you. Your happiness with your Big Block Customs car is always our priority.
